Our Companions

Aby W
Hi, my name is Aby. I love the outdoors and organising, and making a difference by helping someone organise brings me great joy.
I enjoy spending time in the sunshine and making memories with my family.
I support clients in the Haslemere area. I will be on maternity leave for most of 2026, but if you would like to work with me in the future, please do get in touch.

Antonia N
Hi, I’m Antonia. I love being outdoors, whether that’s running, attending bootcamp classes, or walking with my dog, Lenny.
I also enjoy cooking, baking, and trying out new recipes. I’m passionate about supporting older people to maintain their independence, helping to protect their dignity and confidence.

Diana A
Hi, my name is Diana. I’m passionate about making the lives of older people in the community more fulfilling and meaningful.
I have several years’ experience supporting the older generation and truly enjoy what I do. I love gardening, visiting historical places and National Trust sites, as well as cross stitch, reading, and Pilates.
I support individuals in the Godalming and Haslemere areas.

Fiona W
Hi, I’m Fiona. I work as a companion because I find supporting and connecting with people incredibly rewarding. My experience supporting my Mum has shown me just how important compassion and company can be.
I love the outdoors, especially horses, dogs, and gardening, as well as reading, cooking, playing games, and listening to music.
I offer a reliable and friendly presence, whether that’s a chat, a walk, a game, or simply spending time together.

Helen B
Hello, I’m Helen. I’m delighted to be part of the Time for Tea Companions team, supporting clients in the Haslemere area.
I have qualifications in dementia awareness, adult safeguarding, and counselling, and I’m passionate about providing kind, respectful, and supportive companionship.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, qigong, and reading, and I always aim to create a calm and positive experience.

Helen T
Hi, my name is Helen and I live in Guildford. I have worked as a home help for over 20 years and find the role incredibly rewarding. I enjoy chatting with clients and hearing about their lives.
I also run a monthly bereavement group in Guildford, offering a relaxed space with coffee, cake, and conversation.
In my spare time, I enjoy music, reading, and walking, especially by the sea.

Sophia T
Hi, I’m Sophia. I have worked in the care industry for many years, with companionship being a central part of my role.
I’ve been fortunate to support some wonderful people and build close relationships with them. I truly value the connection this work brings and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Tracy-Anne C
Hi, I’m Tracy-Anne. I’m married with three children, and I became a companion to help people in my community live full and enriched lives. I’m calm, empathetic, and enjoy being around others.
My background began in the City before moving into childcare, where I worked as a Childminder and achieved an Outstanding rating.
My passion for supporting others has led me to Time for Tea Companions, where I find the work incredibly rewarding for both myself and those I support.
