Our Companions

Adele Shi
I’m Adele, a warm, chatty and compassionate companion based in Windsor. I have years of hands-on experience supporting my beloved elderly mother, and my boyfriend’s mother living with dementia, and I genuinely love what I do. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a trip to a favourite café, help around the home, or simply a good chat over a cup of tea, I’m here to make each day a little brighter.
I’ve also spent time living in India, Thailand and Bali, working as a DJ, sound healer and Reiki practitioner, experiences that have deepened my empathy, patience and appreciation for the small joys in life. I bring that calm, positive energy to everyone I spend time with.
WHAT I LOVE TO DO WITH CLIENTS: Days out & appointments, shopping trips, music & singing together, leisurely walks, light household help, a good cuppa and a chat.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME: When I’m not with clients, I enjoy hiking, cycling, yoga, reading and nature. I’m an animal lover, a music enthusiast and someone who genuinely believes in the power of human connection. Reliability and kindness are at the heart of everything I do.

Antonia N
Hi, I’m Antonia. I love being outdoors, whether that’s running, attending bootcamp classes, or walking with my dog, Lenny.
I also enjoy cooking, baking, and trying out new recipes. I’m passionate about supporting older people to maintain their independence, helping to protect their dignity and confidence.

Delia C
Hi I’m Dee. I have been an active carer in Haslemere, Frensham, and Godalming for the last 4 years. Having grown up locally, I have good knowledge of the area and am pleased to share that with those in my care.
I respect that each client has individual needs and I work together with them to establish an environment which is happy, safe and healthy. I find many challenges are lightened over a good cup of tea and a chat.
I am always happy to assist with cooking, gardening and animal care needs.

Fiona W
Hi, I’m Fiona. I work as a companion because I find supporting and connecting with people incredibly rewarding. My experience supporting my Mum has shown me just how important compassion and company can be.
I love the outdoors, especially horses, dogs, and gardening, as well as reading, cooking, playing games, and listening to music.
I offer a reliable and friendly presence, whether that’s a chat, a walk, a game, or simply spending time together.

Helen T
Hi, my name is Helen and I live in Guildford. I have worked as a home help for over 20 years and find the role incredibly rewarding. I enjoy chatting with clients and hearing about their lives.
I also run a monthly bereavement group in Guildford, offering a relaxed space with coffee, cake, and conversation.
In my spare time, I enjoy music, reading, and walking, especially by the sea.

Sophia T
Hi, I’m Sophia. I have worked in the care industry for many years, with companionship being a central part of my role.
I’ve been fortunate to support some wonderful people and build close relationships with them. I truly value the connection this work brings and couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Tracy-Anne C
Hi, I’m Tracy-Anne. I’m married with three children, and I became a companion to help people in my community live full and enriched lives. I’m calm, empathetic, and enjoy being around others.
My background began in the City before moving into childcare, where I worked as a Childminder and achieved an Outstanding rating.
My passion for supporting others has led me to Time for Tea Companions, where I find the work incredibly rewarding for both myself and those I support.

Lillian M
Hello! I’m Lillian. For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep calling to support, listen to and uplift others.
My goal is to bring joy, connection and a comforting sense of ease back into daily routine. Life is meant to be shared, and I’m here to brighten your day – whether that means relaxing over a cup of tea, rediscovering a favourite hobby, staying organised with daily errands, or just having a good chat.
I treat every client with the respect, patience and warmth I would show my own family. If you’re looking for a dependable companion, a listening ear and a friend, I would love to connect with you.
